These must be a great resource for newcomers! Thanks for the effort on these. I don't have time to review them, but I think we should simply note in the README that these docs are WIP, and that feedback/PRs are welcome. |

This adds another guide.
It would be helpful to have a second pair of eyes on the description of what happens running "npm run dev" and the paragraph of what causes the HMR to trigger. It should be accurate; but 'should' and 'are' are such different words.
